ISCB Group Mentorship Programme

Overview

The ISCB Group Mentorship Programme is a pilot initiative designed to support professional development, strengthen international connections, and foster a sense of community among ISCB members.

The programme uses a group mentoring model, bringing together experienced mentors with a small group of mentees to share perspectives, discuss professional challenges, and encourage peer learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

1. The subcommittee takes actions for making the annual conferences a stimulating place with good networking opportunities for all career-young biostatisticians (i.e. 10 years post BSc in Biostatistics or a related field).
2. The subcommittee addresses all issues related to or raised by all Early Career Biostatisticians as members of the Society.
